Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga

SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga. The emphasis on breathing, balance and core engagement is a wonderful addition to the yoga and the SUP experience. The peacefulness of floating on the water combined with the meditative nature of yoga creates an overall blissful feeling that will surely have you coming back for more.

This year, we will be running classes on Sunday morning from 8:00am to 9:00am. Classes start July 7 until September 29. A total of 13 classes.

Drop in fee of $40 + HST per session

July Pass: $120 + HST for 4 sessions

August Pass: $120 + HST for 4 sessions

September Pass: $150 + HST for 5 sessions
