Yoga & Sail Packages

Ahoy Rentals and the Yoga Relaxation Centre are proud to offer you a unique outing. Join us for a half day of sunshine aboard a 24 foot sailing boat with an experienced skipper who will sail you to Cedar Island, while enroute highlighting points of interest along Kingston's beautiful historical waterfront. While at Cedar Island, a certified yoga instructor will lead you through approximately a one hour yoga session.

Remember, no previous experience is required for any of these activities!

This environmentally friendly excursion will depart from Ahoy Rentals, located at 23 Ontario St., (next to the Pump House Steam Museum). Small snack provided. Please feel free to bring more!

The Sail and Yoga packages are available by request and cost $70 per person (taxes included). We require a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6.

What you need to bring: Water, Towel, Bathing Suit, Sun screen, Hat, White soled shoes (to not mark the deck of the boat)

Sit down meals offered at Brown's Bay Inn . Customers wishing to eat at Brown's Bay Inn will be taken on a 3 hour sail with an experienced skipper and then be dropped off dockside at the Inn. Following a leisurely meal, you will be shuttled by vehicle to the Wolfe Island Ferry dock for your ride back to Kingston.

Customers choosing the "Sail & Picnic" will be taken out for a 3 hour sail with an experienced skipper, with a stop at an island, anchor or you may choose to eat aboard the boat, the choice is yours. Picnics are professionally created by Pan Chancho.

Beverages are not included so bring your own for the boat, and pay separately for drinks at Brown's Bay Inn.

All boats have been inspected and approved as Passenger Vessels, our skippers have obtained Limited Masters Ticket as mandated by Transport Canada Marine Safety
