Stand-up paddleboard yoga
Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor Jonathan MacCaul from Sublime Fitness & Health will be your mentor to this new and exciting activity. SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga. The emphasis on breathing, balance and core engagement is a wonderful addition to the yoga and the SUP experience. The peacefulness of floating on the water combined with the meditative nature of yoga creates an overall blissful feeling that will surely have you coming back for more.
Connect with your body and mind in this all levels SUP yoga class. Placing heavy emphasis on your breathe through the entire experience will help you let go of tension and become completely present in body and mind. Bring awareness to your body as you tone, strengthen, stretch, promote balance, and gain better understanding of your alignment and weight distribution. For those who already practice yoga, you will deepen your practice by getting out of the studio and onto the “moving mat”.

Tuesday 6:30 to 7:30pm

SUP Yoga Season Pass: $265 + HST. Pay less than $25 per class with this pass!
Drop in Fee $40 + HST
Should wind conditions not be conducive to Yoga, Jonathan will do a SUP Fitness class instead.
Start time is 6:30pm (weather permitting), so please get here by 6:15 at the latest to allow us to get you ready for the class. To reserve a spot call us or go to the bottom of this page and book your spot.
