Our downtown location on the water is a mere 10 minute walk west along Ontario St from City Hall.  Ample parking (free on weekends).  Why not get out and enjoy Kingston's beautiful waterfront as it should be seen, from the water.  You could paddle to a St. Lawrence National Park Island in about 30 minutes. Learn more


SUP Yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddling and Yoga. The emphasis on breathing, balance and core engagement is a wonderful addition to the yoga and the SUP experience. Sessions run every Tuesday at 6:30pm starting June 14, 2016.  Season's pass available for $265 + HST for 12 classes, and pay less than $25 per class.  Drop in fee $40 +HST. Learn more

Rideau Canal Heritage Route shuttle

We offer a pick up and drop off service to most lockstations from Kingston to Ottawa. We have kayaks and canoes that are ideal for paddling this route, but if you have your own boats, you can still take advantage of our shuttle service. Learn more
